Amelia, her mom and I met early on a warm August morning at Red Rocks for the start of her senior session.  We explored the majestic amphitheater, which was an amazing backdrop.  We took a stroll on some of the surrounding trails too.  I love the breathtaking landscape surrounding this world famous concert venue.  With several outfit changes we were able to create a wide variety of looks.  My pop up changing tent came in very handy.  Amelia has great fashion sense and totally nailed it with each of the outfits she selected for her session.  She even incorporated a beautiful vintage silk skirt that belonged to her mom.

We wrapped up our time in Morrison with a pit stop in the downtown area for a more urban vibe to the session.  For this portion of the session Amelia chose a stunning red sundress with pockets - I love dresses with pockets!

Amelia is a competitive swimmer and so it seemed fitting that we captured some shots of her poolside to complete the gallery of images.  I think it is important to showcase your hobbies, interests and talents in your High School Senior Session.  Looking back over the images in years to come with future generations it will be great to have a visual reminder of the things that were a huge part of your high school life.
